The International Center for Professional Development (ICPD) is a 501 (c)(3) non profit organization that offers continuing education programs for students, military veterans and life science professionals using personalized face-to-face experiential training and ongoing web-based support.

Our staff has over 15 years of experience with diversity programs that integrate mentoring and professional development training for careers in the biotechnology and medical technology industries.  ICPD programs advance professional careers by demystifying complex aspects of career development and enhancing relevant skills for emerging industries.

We support professionals in developed markets as well as newly developing economies and promote learning across disciplines using interactive and direct instruction, facilitated discussions, career counseling, workplace experience, mentoring and networking.
