About ICPD

The International Center for Professional Development (ICPD) promotes career success in the fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). We primarily benefit ethnically diverse and underrepresented groups with a specific focus on expanding career opportunities in the life sciences, medical technology and consumer healthcare industries. 

Our programs serve business executives, clinicians, academics, post-secondary, high-school and middle school students using interactive facilitated mentoring, coaching, direct instruction and web-based learning. ICPD is a USA based 501c3 non-profit organization.
